Send example/preview emails

Sending example or preview emails is a crucial step in ensuring that your email campaigns look and perform as intended before they reach your audience.

This process is useful for marketing teams to verify the design, content, and functionality of their emails.

Steps

1. Log in to your Mautic account.
2. Navigate to the Channels menu and select Emails.
3. Choose the email you wish to send a preview of or create a new email if necessary.
4. Once the email content is ready, click on the Send Example button.
5. Enter the email address where you want to send the preview.
6. Click send.

Results

You should receive the example email at the specified address.

Success

Always test your emails with multiple email services (like Gmail, Outlook, etc.) as they can render HTML content differently.
