Previewing a campaign¶
The Preview tab in the Campaign details provides a diagrammatic preview of your campaign, offering a visual overview of the workflow you've designed. It includes the conditions, actions, and decisions that make up the campaign, allowing you to easily understand and review its logic and flow.
The feature provides a visualization of how content will be delivered to contacts based on their behaviors, clearly labels all campaign components for easy understanding, and updates in real-time as you build the campaign using the builder.
Success
You can also view the progress of individual contacts in a campaign by going to their contact record and seeing their campaign history.
